Since 2012 Excel Property Services have provided building services for commercial, industrial and retail property groups. We have established relationships with Commercial Property Managers and Landlords and specialise in alternate, problem solving solutions.

All staff/contractors have the following valid screenings:
 
  • Police Check
  • Working with children check in South Australia (The Department of Human Services (DHS))
  • Vulnerable Person Related Employment (The Department of Human Services (DHS))
  • Aged Care Sector Employment (The Department of Human Services (DHS))
  • Disability Services Employment (The Department of Human Services (DHS))
